Hi, Seems there is an issue if you want download Receiver 4.9.9000 for Windows, LTSR Cumulative Update 9 I Tied and seems working for me. 1. Download and run the Windows Citrix Workspace client (click here to download Citrix Workspace).

The installer will display the progress of the install and inform you when the installation is complete.

2. Launch the Citrix Workspace from the Windows start menu.

3. The first time Citrix Receiver is launched, it will ask you to add an account. Enter cuapps.clemson.edu and click add.

4. Next Receiver will you prompt you to authenticate with your username, password, and a passcode.

Duo Passcode options (registered devices):

  1. Type push to get a Duo Mobile app prompt (most Common)
  2. Type sms to receive text passcodes
  3. Type phone to receive a call
  4. Type your six-digit One-Time Passcode

5. You will then be prompted to log in again, enter your username and password.


6. Click on the application to launch it.

This document outlines the process to install the Citrix Workspace App for a Windows Computer. The Citrix Workspace app runs the Virtual Applications & Desktops and must be installed on your computer for them to work.

1. Open up your internet browser of choose (we suggest Google Chrome).
2. Navigate to https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/windows/workspace-app-for-windows-latest.html
3. Click the button labeled 'Download Citrix Workspace app for Windows'


4. Save to your downloads folder

6. Double click 'CitrixWorkspaceApp' icon to run the installer.


7. Click 'Yes' to the pop up asking if you would like to allow the app to make changes to your computer (not everyone will get this pop up)

9. On the License Agreement window, check the 'I Accept the License Agreement' box and click the 'Install' button.

10. On the Installation successful window, click the 'Finish' button. (Do not add an account, this is not necessary)

11. Citrix Workspace App is now install on your computer and is ready to be used.
